Phi Delta Theta and the ALS Association

Each fraternity and sorority has a charity or organization that they choose to partner with to put on events to help raise money that goes towards finding cures and helping people in hundreds of different ways. Phi Delta Theta has a unique partnership with the ALS Association. Find out more about that partnership here: ALS Partnership – Phi Delta Theta

The Minnesota Beta Chapter of Phi Delta Theta contributes to the ALS Association by volunteering at the annual “Walk to Defeat ALS” which takes place at Mankato West High School every spring. The Chapter has volunteered with the ALS Association to put on this event for quite some time and has helped to raise nearly $50,000.00 per walk each year! 100% of those donations from walkers go towards ALS research. The Chapter is looking to possibly do a large ALS Bucket Challenge Fundraiser this year as well, although logistics and possibilities of that event are still in the works. Keep it tuned here for updates on that event.
